Seattle 4 Iran (http://www.seattle4iran.org) will be hosting Fared Shafinury and Tehranosaurus (http://faredshafinury.com/) on Feb 11th (Bahman 22nd) which is the 31st anniversary of the Islamic Revolution in Iran. It is anticipated that people in Iran will take advantage of the government-approved demonstrations to protest against all the crimes committed by the government, especially after the June 12th presidential election.

In anticipation of such unrest in Iran and another round of arrests and brutalities by the government on that day, we will be hosting an evening with Fared Shafinury, a gifted American-born Iranian setar player and vocalist living in Austin, TX, to show our solidarity with the people in Iran.
